Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to potential buyers and investors.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with detailed information about our properties and guiding them through the sales process.

Property Presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers, showcasing the features, benefits, and investment potential of our developments.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices with buyers to close sales, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other sales-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions, reporting regularly to management on sales performance and forecasts.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, development, and finance teams to coordinate sales efforts and achieve overall business objectives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
