**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **sales strategies** to increase product reach across retail, wholesale, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with local retailers, distributors, and partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Promote seasonal and combo offers to increase volume sales.
- Conduct **product sampling**, **in-store promotions**, and **local marketing campaigns**.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for social media and offline marketing creatives.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- MBA in Marketing/Sales or equivalent qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should possess **smart selling techniques** and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of **local market behavior** and customer psychology.
- Ability to think creatively and drive **on-ground promotions and campaigns**.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Passion for traditional food products is a bonus
