**Job Summary**:
The F&B Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department within the organization. This role ensures high standards of service, quality, and hygiene, and collaborates with staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The F&B Executive works closely with the F&B Manager or Director to help achieve operational targets, manage inventory, and optimize cost efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Management**:
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient service.
- Ensure food and beverage are served in line with organizational standards.
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- **Staff Supervision & Training**:
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to ensure exceptional service.
- Ensure all staff adhere to service protocols and health & safety regulations.
- Assist in staff scheduling, performance reviews, and recruitment.
- **Inventory & Cost Control**:
- Maintain inventory levels, ensuring supplies are adequate.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of stock.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage to meet budget targets.
- Assist in controlling food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
- **Guest Service**:
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints or special requests.
- Gather feedback to improve service offerings.
- Ensure all guest concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.
- **Quality Assurance & Hygiene**:
- Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality standards and are presented appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Regularly inspect facilities and equipment for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
- **Sales & Marketing**:
- Assist in the promotion of special events, offers, and new menu items.
- Work with the marketing team to create campaigns aimed at increasing revenue.
- Implement upselling strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- **Reporting & Administration**:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and inventory.
- Assist in budget creation and monitoring financial performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and compliance.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with some supervisory experience.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, health & safety regulations, inventory management, and cost control.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and interact with guests.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in service quality, cleanliness, and food presentation.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle customer complaints and operational issues efficiently.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out physically demanding tasks.
- Capable of lifting moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
