We’re seeking a **high-energy, responsible QA Tester** to join our team in Pune. **Key Responsibilities**
- Understand business and technical requirements to design **clear, thorough test cases**:

- Take full ownership of **manual testing** for new features and regression cycles
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution with accountability
- Collaborate actively with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure product quality
- Ensure **comprehensive test coverage** across platforms and features
- Maintain and contribute to QA documentation and support ongoing **process improvements**:

- Proactively **raise quality concerns** and suggest better testing strategies or workflows.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in **manual QA testing**:

- Strong skills in **test case design, execution, and defect tracking**:

- Solid understanding of **SDLC, STLC**, and QA best practices
- Experience working in **Agile and cross-functional teams**:

- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**:

- **High-energy personality** with a passion for quality and ownership
- A **team-first attitude**, eager to collaborate and step up when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
