**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a customer-focused and well-organized **Front Office Executive (Service)** to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our service center. The role involves handling customer inquiries, job card opening, service coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in line with Tata Motors’ service standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the service center.
- Register vehicles and prepare job cards in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop team for job allocation and updates.
- Provide customers with accurate service timelines and updates on vehicle status.
- Handle inbound calls, service bookings, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain service records, invoices, and proper documentation.
- Collect customer feedback and support CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) improvement.
- Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to Service Advisors/Workshop Manager.
- Ensure smooth front desk operations with a professional and customer-friendly approach.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate (Any discipline) / Diploma in Automobile preferred.
- **2-4 years of experience** in front office/customer service (Automobile industry preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and DMS/ERP systems.
- Customer-oriented with strong organizational skills.
