As part of our expansion, we are looking for a strategic and skilled content writer to join our digital team and help us craft compelling, trustworthy, and SEO-optimized content that drives organic growth and user trust.
Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Strategy ○ Write clear, engaging, and medically accurate content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social platforms. ○ Develop content for organic traffic growth with a focus on topical authority and keyword intent. ○ Collaborate with SEO teams to develop content calendars aligned with organic growth goals. -SEO & Content Optimization ○ Implement AI Overview-friendly content formats including FAQs, how-to guides, pros/cons, comparative content, and semantic structuring. ○ Optimize content for People Also Ask (PAA), featured snippets, and zero-click search results. ○ Regularly audit and update old content based on search intent shifts, SERP analysis, and Google's core updates. -EEAT Compliance ○ Integrate first-hand experience, expert references, citations, and trust signals in all content. ○ Collaborate with medical reviewers or healthcare professionals to validate and enrich content. ○ Ensure author bios, credentials, and content fact-checking processes are in place. -Content Research ○ Conduct in-depth research on health-related topics using credible sources such as PubMed, WHO, and peer-reviewed journals. ○ Monitor competitor and industry trends to identify content gaps and ranking opportunities. -Content Governance ○ Maintain tone of voice, readability, and brand consistency across all content formats. ○ Follow content SOPs for reviews, legal compliance, and medical accuracy.
Must-Have Skills:

- 4-5 years of content writing experience, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or pharma sector. -Proven understanding of SEO writing, search intent, and AI-generated SERP behavior. -Strong command over content structuring for AI Overview and rich result eligibility. -Familiarity with EEAT principles and Google’s Search Quality Evaluator Guidelines (SQEG). -Exceptional research, writing, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. -Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress preferred), SEO tools (Surfer, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Clearscope), and analytics platforms (GSC, GA4). -Ability to write for multiple content formats: blogs, web copy, medical guides, landing pages, microcopy, etc. Good to Have: -Understanding of Generative AI and how to optimize content to coexist with or outrank AI-generated answers. -Basic knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and content-driven CRO. -Familiarity with medical writing standards

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
