Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop well-researched, high-quality content aligned with the monthly editorial calendar, along with fulfilling ad-hoc content requests as needed. Implement feedback from editors and business stakeholders to continuously improve content quality.
- Monitor content performance proactively using Google Analytics and other relevant tools; take ownership of compiling monthly and quarterly performance reports for designated product categories.
- Serve as the key liaison between content writers and business teams to ensure smooth and timely content delivery. Required Knowledge & Skills: Excellent command of the English language, with a strong understanding of grammar, usage, structure, and writing styles to craft engaging and error-free content. Proven experience in creating content that supports marketing and sales for enterprise software products and services. Prior experience in technology blogging will be a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with writing for native US and UK audiences is preferred. Solid understanding of content marketing strategies, including planning and execution. Certification in content marketing (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing Certification or equivalent) is desirable.
- Strong research and analytical skills to generate new content ideas and refine existing material. Ability to deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team including writers, editors, business executives, and digital marketing specialists.
