As we continue to grow our presence and elevate the brand experience across touchpoints, we are looking for a dynamic **Content Writer/Sr. Content Writer**to join our team and contribute to high-impact campaigns, events and brand storytelling.

**Role: Senior Content Writer**

This is a full-time on-site Senior Content Writer role. The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for creating all content - web content, print content, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing, and proofreading. The Senior Content Writer will also be responsible for managing junior writers and freelancers as needed.

This role demands a clear understanding of customer behavior to produce content that helps them make informed buying decisions. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, operations and social to gather information on current or future projects and then plan content deliverables around these initiatives on a monthly or quarterly basis. In this role, one gets to drive the end-to-end strategy and management of projects while ensuring adherence, consistency, and compliance with pre-defined content guidelines.

**Requirement**:

- Web Content Writing, Writing, and Creative Writing skills
- Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research
- Proofreading and editing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage junior writers and freelancers
- Experience in the business consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field

- One of the key responsibilities of your job is to ideate on how to tell stories for social media. Social is a constantly evolving behemoth and with the proliferation of apps, it is crucial for you to have a sound understanding of the landscape in order to adapt content for each platform.

**What you will be doing**:

- Writing long-form content such as blogs, mailers, digital ads, print content, website content, invites, catalogues, etc
- Crafting engaging copies for social media and products that drive purchase decisions
- You’re a self-starter, who is able to multi-task and adhere to timelines
- You believe in initiating conversations & taking end-to-end ownership of projects, right from ideation to execution
- You possess good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Ideating for all content along with the graphics resource

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Masters in English Literature or Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
- Content professional with 4-5 yrs of work experience in creative content writing and editing (both short and long-form content) (Preferably from the Fashion domain)
- Prior experience in writing long-form content, marketing & UX copies (samples requested)
- A good understanding of MS Office Suite and Google
- Previous experience in fashion will be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
