Role: Content Writer This is a full-time on-site Content Writer role. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating all content - SEO content, blog content, web content, print content, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing, and proofreading. This role demands a clear understanding of customer behaviour to produce content that helps them make informed buying decisions. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, operations and social media, to gather information on current or future projects and then plan content deliverables around these initiatives on a monthly or quarterly basis. In this role, one gets to drive the end-to-end strategy and management of projects while ensuring adherence, consistency, and compliance with pre-defined content guidelines. Requirement: - SEO Content Writing, Blog Writing, Web Content Writing and Creative Writing skills - Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research - Proofreading and editing skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage junior writers and freelancers - Experience in the business consulting industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field What are you required to bring to the team: - An eye for detail and creative mindset - Can meet strict timelines while ensuring the quality of projects - Aspires to take on new challenges and drive positive outcomes - Believes in a data-driven approach to analyze the success of their work - Possesses strong interactive and interpersonal skills - Keep abreast of all fashion and pop culture news to help the brand. In-depth knowledge about fashion is a prerequisite. - Produce well-researched, engaging and original content. It is crucial to have an ear to the ground at all times so you're able to present one-of-a-kind ideas that haven't been done before - Verify the accuracy, credibility and authenticity of information and sources used in any communication What you will be doing: - Writing website content, invites, catalogues, etc - Crafting engaging copies for products that drive purchase decisions - You’re a self-starter, who is able to multi-task and adhere to timelines - You believe in initiating conversations & taking end-to-end ownership of projects, right from ideation to execution - You possess good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary - Ideating for all content along with the graphics resource Experience & Qualifications: - Masters in English Literature or Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field - Content professional with 1-2 yrs of work experience in creative content writing and editing (both short and long-form content) (Preferably from the Fashion domain) - Prior experience in writing long-form content, SEO, marketing & UX copies (samples requested) - A good understanding of MS Office Suite and Google - Previous experience in fashion will be a plus **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Experience**: - Content writing: 2 years (preferred) - total work: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - Hindi (preferred) - English (required) Work Location: In person
