2) The Operations Branch In charge is responsible for complete delivery branch.

3) Should have good routing Knowledge.

4) Build Strong relationships with Delivery Boys & Vendors.

5) Ensure the team follows all the guidelines(SOP).

6) Should be good in mail Communication & Excel

7) Should be able to build own delivery boys.

8) Check pendency at Delivery branch and ensure all loads is attempted on Day 1 of receipt.

9) Monitor ageing; action on RTO instructions

10) Oversee that all administrative facilities like Drinking Water, Hygiene of Delivery Branch, etc. are in good condition.

11) Ensure monitoring, proper upkeep and safe custody of all important registers pertaining to Attendance, petty cash.

12) Monitor daily cash tally and amount deposition of COD amount.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
