**Primary Responsibilities**
- **Account Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile accounts using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, Zarmany, and Xero.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records by reviewing and verifying transactions.
- **Transaction Management**:

- Enter and categorize all financial transactions into the relevant accounts across multiple software platforms.
- Maintain consistent, accurate, and organized transaction records for easy access and reporting.
- **Bill Processing**:

- Identify and process bills requiring payment from reconciled accounts.
- Enter bill details into the appropriate software and ensure timely payments are recorded.

**Additional Duties**
- Cross-check records across different platforms to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Provide support during audits by ensuring all reconciliations and bill records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve discrepancies or unclear transactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
