**Description**

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in the fast-paced and challenging world of life insurance. As a Sales Manager for our insurance company, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and profitability of our business. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and surpass sales targets. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the insurance industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives in achieving sales targets and objectives
- Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives to ensure adequate staffing levels and a high-performing team
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales activity and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and other business partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful sales management in the insurance industry
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
