**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all internal graphic design requests across departments.
- Maintain and update a project tracker to monitor timelines, status, and priorities.
- Act as the bridge between the design team and internal stakeholders to ensure briefs are complete and aligned with objectives.
- Assist in gathering assets, content, and references for the design team to work efficiently.
- Organize files, maintain version control, and ensure all creative assets are stored systematically.
- Schedule and facilitate daily or weekly stand-ups to review pending and ongoing tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives for campaigns, social media, print, packaging, and other brand requirements.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to understand creative needs and help in execution planning.
- Flag timeline conflicts, resource gaps, or bottlenecks to the Design Lead.
- Support the team in coordinating photoshoots, mockups, and internal brand rollouts if required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience coordinating graphic design or creative projects in an in-house team or agency.
- Strong understanding of graphic design workflows, formats, and timelines.
- Basic familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
