**Experience Required**: 4-8 years (site execution and coordination experience preferred)
**Qualification**: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

**Job Purpose**:
To coordinate, monitor, and support day-to-day civil project activities across sites, ensuring timely execution, quality, and cost control while acting as a bridge between project sites, vendors, and management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Coordination and Execution**
- Assist Project Manager in planning and scheduling construction activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track project progress and highlight bottlenecks or delays.

**2. Site Supervision and Quality**
- Monitor work execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Ensure quality checks and adherence to approved materials and methods.
- Assist in conducting inspections and audits as required.

**3. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and work logs.
- Assist in preparing measurement sheets, bills, and contractor work certifications.
- Compile reports for management on timelines, costs, and resource utilization.

**4. Vendor and Resource Coordination**
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and ensure productivity.
- Maintain inventory of materials and tools at site.

**5. Safety and Compliance**
- Support implementation of site safety and environmental policies.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance at project sites.
- Report safety incidents and assist in corrective actions.

**6. Liaison and Communication**
- Act as a communication link between the project team, consultants, and management.
- Participate in site review meetings and provide inputs on progress and issues.
- Address technical queries and escalate matters as needed.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Sound knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and standards.
- Good planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of contracts, billing, and measurement procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Preferred Background**:

- Experience in **real estate, infrastructure, or construction projects**.
- Ability to work in site conditions and manage multiple stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
