Field Sales and Marketing Intern

**This is an Internship Program**

Required Sales and Marketing Field executive interns for on-boarding Merchant partner onto Super App/platform.

You will be responsible for visiting merchants/Shops/Businesses (any type - see below) and help them get started with the Super Application Suite.

You can earn more than 10,000 INR per month which will include daily visits/on-boarding and commissions.

Your will get bonus for performing well and meeting/exceeding targets and a chance to join the team Full-time with much more benefits and better payout based on your performance analysis.

**# What is Sales and Marketing Field Specialists?**

SUPER Field Executives is a team of on-field specialists who will on-board merchants on SUPER MyBiz Suite and guide them to use it.

**Note**: This is not a work-from-home opportunity.

**# Who are potential SUPER (MyBiz) sellers/merchants?**

Our potential merchants are Retailers such as:

- Restaurants/Food Stalls
- Garment Shop
- Footwear Shop
- Salon/Spa/Gym
- Jeweler shop
- Kirana/Grocery shop

- Buildings and Society
- Malls and Commercial Complexes

**# What is my role as a SUPER Field Executives agent?**

This is an on-field job that is focused on on-boarding merchants to the SUPER APP. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **On-boarding Retailers** **for SUPER APP** : Informing & onboarding merchant partners about the benefits of using SUPER MYBIZ Store, and how convenient it is for managing their inventory, orders and payments.
- **QR Code Stand installation **:Install QR Code stand and accessories at Merchant Partner location and activate merchant partner account.
- **Adding Data to Seller/Merchant Profiles**:Collecting and adding the required information to activate a seller/merchant account, like store images, profile image, basic store info etc as required by the Merchant Activation Form.

**# What are the eligibility criteria?**
- Belonging to a Bachelors or Masters Degree program in Management, Marketing or Sales
- Interested in on-field and sales-oriented job
- Ability to use Smart Phones
- Command in Hindi/English and/or regional languages
- Able to assess data and take actions based on analytics

**# Points to Remember**
- This is an Internship program, and there will be no fixed stipend/salary
- Payment will be made for each successfully on-boarded merchant
