**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for training team members, monitoring quantity and quality of work and providing feedback to employees on performance. Full supervisory responsibilities. including duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Responsible for the management of Citi’s CRC Controls
- This includes improving the accuracy of measurement of CRC, extending the existing process across a wider range of products, implementing a consistent framework for measuring and managing the associated risks, and integrating the CRC into the overall market and counterparty risk framework.
- Works with desks and their respective quantitative and IT groups and financial controllers to enhance their current measurement methodology and ensuring effective delivery to the firm’s risk systems to enable risk management of the exposure.
- Parnters within the Risk organization to improve the accuracy of regulatory reporting, including stress testing and capital adequacy processes.
- Reviews and approves transactions for dynamic hedging
- Involved in projects to improve accuracy of measurement of CRC
- Oversees and ensures the integrity of the risk monitoring process
- Reviews and approves, in consultation with seniors, risk framework for CRC for risk-taking unit(s)
- Monitors compliance with risk limits/triggers
- Interacts with Model Validation, Risk Analytics and Financial Control to ensure thorough methodologies and models; Interacts with Business Clients and Credit Risk Managers to improve accuracy of regulatory and management reporting Interaction with regulators and auditors
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years previous risk experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience required.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
