**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Procurement**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Procure raw materials, furniture items, fittings, hardware, and other interior products.
- Ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in every purchase.
- **Negotiation & Cost Management**:

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain cost control without compromising quality.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Coordinate with store and project team to monitor stock levels.
- Reorder materials as per project requirements.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain purchase orders, GRNs, bills, and vendor records.
- Prepare daily/weekly purchase and expense reports.
- **Supplier Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Resolve any issues regarding delivery, quality, or payment.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with design, site, accounts, and store teams for timely procurement and billing.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (B. Com).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in purchase, preferably in interior or construction industry.
- **Skills**:

- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of vendor management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally (preferred)
- Time management and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
