**Role Overview**

As a Purchase Executive, you will drive the procurement process end-to-end—sourcing quality goods or services, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, optimizing inventory, and contributing to cost efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers; maintain and enhance vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure cost-effective, high-quality agreements.
- Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels to prevent overstock or shortages.
- Monitor supplier performance and address discrepancies or quality issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends and conduct cost analyses to inform procurement decisions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports on costs, savings, and supplier metrics.
- Collaborate internally with finance, production, and warehouse teams to align purchasing with operational needs.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles. Industry-specific experience (e.g., manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals) is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in procurement and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Procurify, SpendMap, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong data analysis capabilities for cost modeling, trend analysis, and inventory optimization.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise across functions and levels.
- Problem-solving mindset to handle supply delays, quality concerns, or pricing fluctuations.
