**About Company**:
HOBB International is a Multi-National Company, manufacturing Overhead Distribution Line Products supplying into **DISCOM** and Utility (for eg. **WBSEDCL, CESC** **Ltd**. etc). HOBB has an opportunity for Executive-Purchase, in our Head Office, Kolkata, India. This is a direct hire role.

**Description**:
Seeking for an Executive-Purchase in our Head Office to join our team, located in Topsia, India. The Executive will be responsible for all kind of Purchase, related to Company and similar (mentioned in below).

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Purchasing materials (Stores, spares, consumables) as per factory requirements on best possible rates and terms.
- Vendor development.
- Coordinating with stores for timely delivery of materials as per factory requirements.
- Coordinating with vendors in case of any incoming materials quality issues.
- Checking and preparing of daily stock report.
- Any account knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Any assignments give by management.

**Skills**:

- Thorough understanding of materials and supplies used in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Language skills - Multi-lingual preferred.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Require travel.

**Education**
- Bachelors/Masters degree in related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field required.

**Joining Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred**

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00/- (In a month)
