**About this Opportunity**

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, managing marketing information systems (MIS) and marketing operations. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and analytical skills, who can effectively contribute to the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
BTL Marketing Planning, Execution & Monitoring:
Drive the planning and execution of BTL marketing activities, including OOH - auto branding, bus branding, hoardings & co branded boards etc, promotions, events and activations.

Maintain relationships with the BTL partner agencies and be closely involved in cost negotiations, planning and execution.

Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of BTL initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights to the marketing team.

Work closely with the regional supply team to ensure that region wise BTL requirements are fulfilled

Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including venue booking, material preparation, and on-site support

Support Marketing Campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.

Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including digital content (video & display), OOH creatives, brochures, flyers etc

Own the Purchase order related processes by closely liaising with the brand managers and finance teams.

Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing department, such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and PO generation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

0-1 years of experience in marketing support, BTL activities, or a related role.

Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and tactics.

Proficiency in marketing information systems (MIS) and data analysis.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Marketing Information Systems (MIS) Management:
Maintain and update marketing databases and information systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Generate and analyze marketing reports to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and market trends.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI
