Salary Range**:₹20,000 - ₹22,000** per month
Working Hours**:10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**
Weekly Off**:One fixed weekly off**

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience or motivated freshers from reputed institutions with a background in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Studies. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, supporting branding efforts, and driving engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign assets.
- Track marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support event planning, promotions, and on-ground marketing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent brand messaging.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience OR
- Fresh graduates from a reputed college with a degree/specialization in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
