**Position: Sales Executive**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Lead Conversion**:

- Contact potential clients, introduce holiday membership packages, and explain benefits.
- Conduct one-on-one presentations and sales pitches to close sales on-site or over the phone.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.

**2. Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing guidance on how our memberships can enhance their travel experiences.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and trust in our brand.

**3. Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of all holiday membership plans, features, pricing, and promotions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and the unique selling points of our memberships.

**4. Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving goals.

**5. Market Research and Strategy**:

- Identify target customer segments and trends, tailoring sales approaches accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- HSC Cleared or Graduate.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in holiday memberships, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to Travel within Mumbai and Outside the Mumbai.
