**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive (B2B Sales)

**Location**: Sector 63, Noida (Work from Office)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: Freshers Welcome (Final year students can apply, BE/BTech not eligible)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic **Inside Sales Executives** to join our dynamic B2B sales team. This is a desk-based sales role with no field work. You'll play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team. If you are passionate about sales and want to build a career in the tech-driven commerce space, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Conduct outbound calls daily to potential clients and generate high-quality leads.
- **Pitch Customization**: Personalize your communication based on the client’s business and needs.
- **Qualification**: Qualify prospects using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain lead details, call records, and update CRM systems accurately.
- **Collaboration**: Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong **verbal communication** skills and a **neutral English accent** _(mandatory)_
- Passionate about sales and eager to learn and grow in a startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (except BE/BTech)
- Final year students who can work full-time are also welcome to apply

**Compensation & Benefits**:
**Training Provided**: Free in-depth sales training
**Stipend during Training (3 months)**:

- Fixed: ₹15,000/month
- Incentives: Up to ₹15,000/month

**After Confirmation (Post-Probation)**:

- Fixed: ₹25,000/month
- Incentives: Up to ₹15,000/month
- **Other Benefits**: Reimbursements, ESOPs, Medical Insurance (as per policy)
