**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Lead Generation**: Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, with a focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments (marketing, customer success, etc.) to align efforts and achieve common goals. Provide input into team strategy and support colleagues as needed.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports to management on performance, progress, and forecasts.
- **Communication & Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and prospects through clear, professional communication. Respond promptly to inquiries and work to resolve client concerns efficiently.
- **Presentation & Deck Preparation**: Create and present impactful sales decks to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs. Ensure all materials reflect company branding and messaging.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, both internally and externally. Represent the company positively, reflecting its values and vision in your daily work.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in [industry, if applicable].
- **Marketing Knowledge**: Familiarity with marketing strategies and how they integrate into the sales process.
- **Teamwork**: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and identify key insights that can drive sales strategy.
- **Presentation Skills**: Experience preparing and presenting sales decks tailored to specific audiences.
- **Professional Personality**: A polished, professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
