As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on calling up potential new customers to introduce them to our products/services, onboarding them effectively, and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with our existing customers to assess their ongoing needs and maintain a high level of customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients via virtual meetings or in-person presentations, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the foundation for a strong, ongoing relationship.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our offerings.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls made, follow-up actions, and sales closed in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on potential product improvements or market opportunities based on customer interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹19,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
