**Reception Duties**:
- **Greet and Welcome Visitors**: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and guests. Direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- **Manage Incoming Calls**: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the correct department or individual. Take messages when necessary.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Assist with scheduling meetings, conference room bookings, and other appointments.
- **Manage Deliveries**: Receive and sign for packages, deliveries, and mail. Ensure packages are routed to the appropriate team members.
**Administrative Support**:
- **Data Entry**: Maintain and update internal databases, including contact information, schedules, and files.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, or reports.
- **Filing & Record Keeping**: Ensure that both digital and physical records are properly organized and filed.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Monitor and replenish office supplies and maintain office equipment.
- **Assist in Preparing Reports**: Provide administrative support for management or staff in preparing regular reports or other documents.
- **Mail Management**: Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence for mailing.
**General Office Management**:
- **Maintain Office Appearance**: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- **Assist with Special Projects**: Provide support for special administrative or office management projects as needed.
- **Data Entry and System Updates**: Update CRM systems, scheduling tools, or internal databases as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
