**We’re Hiring: Direct Marketing Executive (International Market Experience Required)**

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven **Direct Marketing Executive** to join our dynamic team. If you are someone with a strong interest in the trading industry, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in direct marketing, this role could be for you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Directly engage with potential clients, meet them in person, and provide detailed information about Baron Learning’s training programs.
- Create awareness about our trading education services and convince clients of the benefits of enrolling in our programs.
- Organize and actively participate in local events, seminars, and workshops to promote the company’s offerings.
- Collect feedback and address clients’ concerns in a timely manner.
- Achieve sales targets as set by the company’s goals.
- Provide regular updates on progress and activity reports to the management team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Mandatory**: 1 to 3 years of experience in direct marketing or sales, with **international market experience** (experience in education marketing is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of trading markets (Forex, Crypto, Commodities) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and proactively engage with clients.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month + performance-based incentives
