**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Serving**:

- **Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to the MD and Chairperson in a timely and professional manner.**:

- **Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and pantry.**:

- **Ensure that all food and beverages are handled, stored, and served in accordance with health and safety regulations.**

**Caretaker Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the MD's and Chairperson's offices, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.**:

- **Ensure that all areas are tidy and free of clutter, and that all waste is disposed of properly.**:

- **Restock supplies, such as paper, pens, and other office materials.**

**Administrative Tasks**:

- **Perform various administrative tasks as required, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and making photocopies.**:

- **Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.**

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field.**:

- **Previous experience as a food server, caretaker, or in a related role.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**

**Working Hours**:

- **Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.**:

- **Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.**
