- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Observing changes in patient's physical and mental condition
- Reporting any significant changes to family members or healthcare providers
- Maintaining accurate documentation of daily care activities
- **Light Housekeeping**:

- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Performing basic cleaning tasks like laundry and tidying up
