We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services directly to customers in their designated geographic areas.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers to introduce our products/services and explain their features and benefits.

Actively seek out new leads and opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other prospecting methods.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales territory and maximizing sales opportunities.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions to address those needs.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and achieve company objectives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related information in the company's CRM system.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and overcome objections.

Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers.

A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
