JOB OVERVIEW:
his Job entails a skilled Transportation Coordinator, who will create efficient transportation plans, nurture relationships with carriers and stakeholders, and manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods As this job plays a vital role in company’s growth and success

CREATE:

- Coordinate and Schedule Transportation: Create effective transportation schedules and routes to optimize delivery times and minimize costs.
- Manage Documentation: Create and manage transportation documentation including bills of lading and shipping invoices.
- Optimize Routes: Create optimized transportation routes to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce fuel costs.

NURTURE:

- Communicate Effectively: Nurture relationships with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure clear communication and coordination of delivery schedules.
- Negotiate with Carriers: Nurture relationships with transportation carriers to negotiate favorable rates and ensure reliable service.
- Resolve Issues: Nurture problem-solving skills to resolve transportation issues promptly and efficiently.

MANAGE:

- Track Shipments: Manage the tracking of shipments and maintain accurate records of transportation activities, routes, cargo, and expenses.
- Ensure Compliance: Manage compliance with transportation regulations and company policies to ensure legal and operational integrity.
- Monitor Costs: Manage transportation costs and expenses, monitor budgets, and optimize spending for efficient logistics management.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

- Custodian of all driver activities to ensure that the trip is successfully completed within TAT and given conditions Ensure the stages/processes are completed within the stipulated timelines.
- Raise issue to the concerned stakeholder and help in resolution
- Help in reducing freights and generating more and relevant leads of Transporters
- Looking for someone with Tamil language proficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
