**Job description Job Title-**Quizmaster & Engagement Associate
**Workplace type-** Hybrid, Bangalore Fulltime

**Who are we looking for?**
For someone who is constantly curious, has a growth and learning mindset and can think their feet on.
Your contribution?
You would be expected to perform the following functions (Will evolve as the organization grows):
1.Create curiosity-inducing & engaging content in multiple online & offline formats on financial literacy & general topics for children & adults.
2.Conducting quizzes as a Quizmaster for varied audiences on different topics as per client requirements
3.Liaising with corporate clients & partners on requirements & smooth execution of quiz programs.
4.Engage with employees of different organizations online and offline as part of their culture circles.
5.Create an engaging environment in your online/offline session that requires you to spark interest, discuss, advise, guide, and support participants.
5.Responsible for end-to-end coordination and logistics for quiz events, both online & offline.
6.Fulfil all QShala feedback, assessment, and reporting requirements.
7.Coordinate, review, and take responsibility for content/curriculum created by yourself and other team members.
8.Create innovative new formats of content for audience engagement. Review and edit content created by team members
9.Train facilitators on the content created for delivery.

**Who is this role ideal for?**
1.You are excited by the unique opportunity to create a curiosity experience unlike any other.
2.While we are not hard fussed about your educational qualifications, we would prefer that you have some quizzing experience, either as a quizzer or conducting quizzes.
3.You have conducted quizzes before for children/adults through online or offline modes You are comfortable working with and learning from children & adults.
4.You have worked at a start-up earlier and regularly dealt with ambiguity and firefighting.
5.Strong ownership, process orientation and attention to detail. Self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.
6.Team player, flexible and open to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
