1. Scope of
the role

Handling the entire Production activity for Retail
Operational Material (ROM) & Activation & Promotional
(A&P) visual merchandising products starting from R&D,
planning & Production, QC/QA, Logistics, till receipt of the
material and delivering the same to all Zoya stand-alone &
SIS stores.

Deliverables *

Production Coordination /Interface between Design,
Visual merchandiser, Dispatch, Warehouse teams *
Production Coordinating with Suppliers to ensure
smooth execution *
Planning & Organising Production Schedules. *
Assessing project & resource requirements *
Estimating, Negotiating, Releasing PO’s, Finalising
production timelines with suppliers as per the
requirements *
Monitoring Production with suppliers & Packing &
dispatch activity with Warehouse team *
Monitoring costs and working within budget. *
Overseeing & Ensuring safety, Health & relevant
processes & complacence with suppliers *
Addressing Quality issues before finishing works of the
orders. *
In-warding of finished products and verify the
documentation and maintain the record. *
Managing day-to-day operations and troubleshooting
the discrepancies arising with the vendors & other
stakeholders. *
Order follow up and alignment with the vendors for
timely delivery, quality etc., *
Coordinating with QC/QA team /Dispatch
team/Boutiques ensuring the timely & errorless
dispatch. *
Research & Study lifestyle, Visit to markets to
understand demographics & design trends, Come up
with, revise and present design ideas with assistant
merchandisers, *
Support & work closely with display stylist in Defining,
designing and implementing a creative visual
merchandising strategy. *
Assist in Creating a appealing and eye-catching
visual displays that lead the customer through the
entire store *
Material Accounting, Cost & Estimation Skills. *
Coordinating with Dispatch/CFA for delivering the
products received from vendor. *
Assist in developing the vendor for systematic
documentation of data with the aid of computer. *
Sharing new raw materials and techniques with the
dept. by visiting newer markets and fairs. *
Introducing Self-help Women’s Groups, NGO’s *
Promoting Indian handicrafts, Green & Eco
friendly, Up cycling technique *
Sourcing display props, creative materials, and
accessories for displays. *
Installing and setting up window displays, walkways,
counters, and in-store displays, or supervising contractors
hired for this purpose. *

Changing displays to promote new product launches or to
reflect festive or seasonal themes. *
Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store
locations. *
Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers,
marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when
necessary. *
Travelling across the country for developing &
expanding the regional vendor network *
Participate in various trade shows and live events. *
Assisting Display stylist in Installing and setting up
window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store
displays, or supervising contractors hired for this
purpose. *
Working closely with Zoya VM head, & Store team

person
- Age: 20-25 Yrs. *

Diploma /degree holder in Mechanical Engineering /

Interior design. *

Work experience of min 3-5 years in Visual

Merchandising is must. *

Strong Material knowledge & experience in Visual

merchandising, Window displays, Signages, interior,

visual display, space utilisation, Design & Aesthetic

sensibilities with ability to adopt new trends *

Good Knowledge of current VM trends & Best

Practices. *

Work experience of 2-3 years in any luxury & premium

retail brands would be an added advantage. *

Should take ownership of entire project end to end

with interpersonal skills, *

Interest in Architecture, Civil engineering, Art & Crafts

would be added advantage *

Knowledge and understanding of innovative visual

merchandising trends and best practices *

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills *

Exposure to international brands, market, trade shows,

sourcing agencies, *

Basic knowledge in graphic designing, visual

communications, spatial design, interior design, retail

management, or a related field. *
