**Job Summary**:
The Liaisoning Agent will be responsible for managing interactions with Indian railway, Defense & Roadways departments to manage the supplied material. The role requires a proactive approach to building relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of legal and administrative procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- A liaison agent who builds and maintains relationships with Indian Railway, Roadways & Defense departments to manage the supplied material in the departments.
- Handle approvals, permits, and licenses required for business operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary documentation for submissions.
- Attending and starting meetings wherever is required.
- Writing correspondence reports to maintain a record of the relevant communication.
- Follow up of Purchase orders, supplies and payments realization from Railways as well as Industries & dealers.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and discussions with the Clients.
- Keep updated on changes in laws, rules, and regulations affecting the business.
- Manage and resolve any legal or compliance-related issues that arise.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to relevant authorities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 5-12 years of experience in liaisoning for sales in Roadways, Railways & Defense etc.
- **Skills**:

- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory processes and legal frameworks.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.

**Salary**: Open for Discussion

**Language**: Proficiency in Hindi and English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Roadways, Railways, Defense and legal procedures.

Pay: ₹11,801.60 - ₹65,317.89 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
