We are seeking a proactive **Sales Executive** to drive sales for our **road transport services**, specializing in **Full Truck Load (FTL) and Part Truck Load (PTL)** solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our transport and logistics services to clients across various industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new customers for **FTL and PTL road transport services**.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Educate customers on the benefits of FTL and PTL solutions, optimizing their transportation costs.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transport execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in **road transport, logistics, or freight**.
- Strong understanding of **FTL and PTL services, pricing, and market demand**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license (Two wheeler).
