**Role Overview**: As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in promoting Zen Hospital’s services and patient stories through various digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to document and create engaging video content that highlights the experiences of our patients and the excellent care they receive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Film and edit patient stories and hospital activities.
- Create engaging video content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with the medical team to gather relevant information for content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing Zen Hospital’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop and schedule posts that resonate with the local community.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and inquiries.
- **SEO and Online Marketing**:

- Support SEO efforts by researching keywords relevant to healthcare and the local community.
- Help create content that drives traffic to the hospital’s website.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Participate in community events and health camps to document activities and patient interactions.
- Foster relationships with local influencers and stakeholders to enhance visibility.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media posts.
- Prepare monthly reports to assess engagement and reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic video editing skills (knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends in digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Telugu (or Hindi).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the healthcare sector or working with medical professionals.
- Knowledge of local culture and community needs in Hyderabad.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
