**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Scheduling**:
Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.

**Communication and Collaboration**:
Facilitate communication between project team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Organize and conduct regular project meetings to update the Director and Management on project progress.

**Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.

Ensure that all project-related documents are properly filed.

**Budget Monitoring**:
Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.

Report any budgetary concerns to the Project Manager on time.

**Risk Management**:
Identify potential risks and issues and work with the project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in B.E Civil Only & Diploma in Civil, Real Estate related field.

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the real estate industry.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,161.63 - ₹44,028.58 per month

- Morning shift
