**Position**:Inside Sales Associate**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- We’ll need someone who has hands on experience in sales
- Relevant experience to evaluate the interest of customers, take leads and sell the farmland to the customer.
- Sunday will be working and Wednesday will be the week-off
- Smart sales driven approach
- Willing to work on shift timings 10:30am-7:30pm.
- To join in 2 weeks of time
- Salary and insentives will be discussed during the face to face interview
- Qualify leads and develop a thorough understanding of their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to facilitate the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and presentations that meet the needs of prospects.
- Track all interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
