- Represent Investment Operations on BAU client change requests
- Contribute to project requirements gathering with the client and project team
- Act as a Gatekeeper of new processes on any change impacting Investment Operations.
- Provide SME input into the Target Operating Model and solution design proposals.
- Display a high degree of technical knowledge and ability to take the lead on complex issues.
- Work with the project to ensure all automated solutions have been explored and ensure any exceptions are presented and approved by the appropriate governance forum.
- Track and progress all outstanding points to allow go live.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure new processes are agreed and understood and do not put Investment Operations under any undue risk.
- Escalate issues as and when required.
- Communicate and translate client requirements into the BAU teams within Investment Operations
- Create test scripts and carry out any project related testing across multiple platforms.
- Feed into the run-book requirements for the implementation process.
- Document new procedures as required.
- Fully handover and support the Operational teams with the implementation and go live of new processes

**Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications**
- In-depth end-to-end understanding of Investment Ops and Ops processes.
- Ability to comprehend complex data sets and determine operational requirements needed in order to consume appropriate elements from such data sets
- Organise workload effectively and be able to co-ordinate with impacted parties effectively in order to progress Change Delivery Priorities appropriately
- Strong organisational mind-set and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to challenge and question others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - good team player.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to influence decisions and work to tight deadlines.
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise tasks.

**Beneficial**:

- ** **Background in having worked with complex instruments such as OTC Derivatives.
- Previous experience working in Fund Administration.
