**I. Job Description**

We are seeking a **committed and compassionate ARULA Care Therapist Intern (ACT Intern)** to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage closely with the parents of neurodivergent children, supporting therapeutic processes based on the **ARULA approach**. **II. Key Responsibilities**
- **Assist ARULA Care Therapists** in conducting therapy sessions with parents of neurodivergent children, providing guidance and support in using ARULA’s therapeutic framework.
- **Compile up to 5 case studies per week**, ensuring detailed documentation of each child's progress and therapeutic journey.
- **Support case study preparation, research tasks, documentation, and progress tracking** for each child's development.
- **Help coordinate meetings** among the care team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- **Engage with parents** under supervision, providing respectful and supportive communication to enhance their involvement in the therapy process.
- **Assist in developing and enhancing ARULA’s LMS platform (Learning Management System)**, contributing ideas and feedback for product development to improve the experience for both therapists and parents.
- **Participate in ARULA’s content creation efforts**, contributing ideas and materials for blogs, videos, and other educational content.
- **Ensure existing client satisfaction** by actively addressing their needs and concerns, and troubleshooting issues as they arise to maintain strong, positive relationships.
- Stay open to and engage with **diverse therapeutic frameworks**, integrating emerging psychological practices into the ARULA methodology.

**III. Requirements**
- **Pursuing or completed Master’s degree** (M.Sc. or M.A.) in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a related field.
- A **strong sense of professional integrity and accountability** in all aspects of your work.
- Excellent **communication and collaboration skills** for working with children, families, and the care team.
- A **genuine interest in working with neurodivergent individuals** and a passion for inclusive, empathetic care.
- **Flexibility** to take on evolving responsibilities within a dynamic and fast-paced care team.
- **Curiosity and openness** to a wide range of psychological approaches and interdisciplinary learning.
- **Interest in product development** and an understanding of how technology (such as LMS platforms) can enhance the therapeutic process is a plus.

**IV. Compensation & Contract Details**
- **Stipend**: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
- **Contract Period**: 3 months (Internship)
- **PPO (Pre-Placement Offer)**: Opportunity to receive a permanent offer based on performance during the internship period.
