**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **Graphic Designer and Video Editor** with shooting expertise to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This in-person role involves shooting high-quality videos, editing content, and designing graphics to create engaging, impactful visual content for ARULA.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Video Production and Shooting**:

- Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video footage for various projects, including interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Set up and manage camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear during shoots.
- Ensure high production standards and attention to detail in all shooting assignments.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble recorded raw material into polished, finished content ready for broadcasting.
- Manipulate and edit film pieces to ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and an engaging audience experience.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects into videos to enhance storytelling.
- Create both rough and final cuts of videos.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design visually compelling graphics for social media, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Develop cohesive branding assets for various platforms, ensuring consistency with ARULA’s visual identity.
- **Creative Content Development**:

- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative concepts for videos, graphics, and campaigns.
- Use AI tools and software to optimize content creation workflows.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and social media content strategies.

**Qualifications**
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video production, including knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, and Canva.
- Experience in motion graphics, graphic design, photography, or 3D animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing apps like CapCut and InShot.
- Knowledge of Capture One for image editing is beneficial.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Creative storyteller with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, etc.
- Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing is a bonus.
