**A. Job Objective**

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media

**Key Result Area (KRA)**

1. Process all the design for the business in the form of brochures, standee, magazines, marketing collaterals, digital communications, posts, banners, posters and similar

2. Developing stationery and all creative communication for the brand.

3. Study design briefs and determine requirements

4. Schedule projects and define budget constraints

5. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

6. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

7. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

8. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

9. Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

10. Test graphics across various media

11. Amend designs after feedback

12. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

A. Skills to perform well in the role
- 1. Proven graphic designing experience

2. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

3. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details

5. Excellent communication skills

6. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

7. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
