**Full Job Description**
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
1) Career Counselling for prospective applicants and their parents, both over the phone and in-Person (if required), during the admission process, entitled for
Telephonic Counselling, Video Counselling if required.
2) Helping students to choose the right course.
3) Managing complete admission process
4) Regular follow up with leads
5) Converting students and inquiries to admissions
6) Regular activities to convert negative leads into positive leads.
7) Willingness to work in extra time if required
8) Dedicated to work and creating your own targets.
11) Excellent Communication in English is a must.
12) Reporting the issues faced by the students to the managers.
ABM, AGM on time.
14) Proper feedbacks and reporting are a must.
15) Should be active in WhatsApp group and response in the group is a must.
16) Need to visit the colleges f required.
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
**Expectation**
- Looking for Academic counsellors who can join us immediately.
- Should have good communication skills, Self-motivated.
**Job Type**: Full-time, work from home
**Salary**: First three months’ Salary will be incentive.
(760 per admission)
**Benefits**:
Promotion as BDE (Business Development Executive), for consistent 20 admissions per month (IF promoted as BDE, fixed pay and insurance coverage for employee and family).
Later promotion as Team manager.
