Overview:
The American Academy of Yoga and Meditation is seeking LMS (Learning Management System) Facilitators to support our educational initiatives on a project basis. As a LMS Facilitator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality workshops, seminars, and training sessions on various aspects of yoga and meditation. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of promoting education, learning, and research in this field.

**Responsibilities**:
Facilitation: Lead engaging and interactive workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics related to yoga and meditation.

Content Delivery: Effectively deliver content developed by the organization, ensuring clarity, engagement, and relevance to the audience.

Participant Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and discussion among participants.

Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise, insights, and best practices related to yoga and meditation with participants, addressing their questions and concerns.

Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from participants to evaluate session effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Professionalism: Represent the organization professionally and ethically in all interactions with participants and stakeholders.

Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to accommodate variations in audience demographics, learning styles, and session formats.

Qualifications:
Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in yoga, meditation, or related disciplines, with a strong understanding of theory and practice.

Facilitation Skills: Proven experience in facilitating workshops, seminars, or training sessions, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and effective interpersonal communication.

Passion: Genuine passion for promoting the benefits of yoga and meditation and a commitment to the organization's mission.

Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with the ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.

Flexibility: Willingness to work on a project basis, accommodating varying project timelines and schedules.
