You’ll be delivering either single-topic deep dives or multi-session journeys, depending on client need.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate high-impact workshops (virtual or in-person) for corporate leaders across India
- Adapt delivery to organizational culture, audience maturity, and business context
- Use relevant frameworks, storytelling, role plays, and live case-based methods
- Create safe, engaging learning environments that promote practice and reflection
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve program effectiveness
- Partner with internal design teams when needed to customize session flow

**Ideal Profile**
- 10+ years of experience in leadership development, OD, or executive education
- Strong facilitation expertise in at least **3 of the core program themes**:

- Experience delivering to Indian mid and senior management professionals across industries
- Proficient in both in-person and virtual formats (Zoom/MS Teams)
- Certified in one or more areas (Coaching, DiSC, MBTI, Conversational Intelligence, etc.) is a plus

**Engagement Details**
- Freelance / Contract-based
- Compensation: Per session or day, based on topic, delivery format, and experience
- Duration: One-off workshops or multi-session engagements (over weeks/months)
- Travel/logistics covered for in-person delivery
