**Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities -**

**Financial Reporting**
- Conduct regular reviews of expenditures, assets, and liabilities, making sure the recorded figures are verifiable and accurate. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
- Ensure expense items are according to budget and in accordance with company processes.
- Oversee and ensure all financial filings reporting to the authorities and HQ are accurate and complete. Ensure compliance with local, state, and central reporting requirements.
- In charge of proper compliance with all tax and other regulatory filings in all the company's jurisdictions (proper statutory compliance).
- Leading the preparation of the financial results and reporting on a monthly and Quarterly basis.
- Work closely with the Company’s tax advisors to develop financial and tax strategies.
- Maintain relations with external auditors and advisors, and investigate their findings and recommendations.

**Administrative and Operational**
- Managing the Finance department, taking a leading role in delivering all Finance deliveries on time and with excellency.
- Manage Cashflows and banking relationships.
- Being a member of the Regional Management team. Support the Regional VP with all of the financial aspects of the plants which include among others:

- Initiating and implementing Cost savings programs.
- Align with the regional VP to drive business strategy.
- Work closely with the regional management to monitor and provide analysis of the Plants’ operational KPIs.
- Ensuring employee benefits in Company locations are in the norm within the industry, with particular emphasis on maximizing the cost-effectiveness for the Company. Also, to comply with the minimum wage requirements.
- laid down by the local government from time to time for the blue collared workforce.
- Work closely with the legal department and insurance advisors on all legal and Insurance aspects.
- Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliances are in place.
- Negotiations with major partners and suppliers to ensure financial conditions of contracts are favorable for the Company. To enter contracts with all the supplier partners of materials, spares, or services of any kind.

**Corporate Affairs**
- Ability / Experience in liaison work with State as well as Central Gov, Semi - Govt, and private agencies. It includes liaison with various ministries of state Government for clearances/approvals. And to get timely benefits of subsidies or grants awarded to the organization.
- Making visits to CM / Ministers / Bureaucrats / Chairman / MDs of Boards commissions etc. on regular basis for establishing & maintaining cordial relations.
- Take proactive measures for a fruitful relationship with Govt. Agencies. Send MIS to management. Keep the management updated regarding legislation/rules, etc., and changes in the Ministry/bureaucracy.
- Representing the Group at various Govt forums and industry associations. Keeping with developments in the sector and driving regulatory changes for business value creation. Networking with business verticals and industry bodies.

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
