About the Role:

We are looking for a Sr. Finance Manager who will serve as the financial backbone of IZI — driving fiscal strategy, ensuring compliance, and steering financial growth. This role demands a leader with deep financial acumen, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on expertise in managing taxation, funding, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Function as the Chief Financial Planner for IZI, overseeing all aspects of financial strategy and execution.

Manage and ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

Handle departmental correspondence including Show Cause Notices (SCN), scrutiny assessments, and audit responses.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure long-term business sustainability.

Manage debt funding, investor relations, and working capital optimization.

Establish and monitor robust financial controls and internal audit mechanisms.

Coordinate with regulatory bodies, auditors, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Support leadership with data-driven insights for business decisions and strategic expansion.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and transparency.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and taxation.

Proven track record inTaxation, financial planning, operational finance.

In-depth understanding of Indian taxation laws, compliance frameworks, and audit processes.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and align financial goals with business vision.
