Description:Job Title: Finance Controller.Location: Bhopal.Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller to manage the overall financial health of the organization.The role involves overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the finance & accounts team.- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.- Oversee day-to-day accounting, billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.- Ensure statutory compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and other financial regulations.- Develop internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.- Manage audits, financial risk assessments, and ensure timely closure of statutory filings.- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS & financial reports for management.- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and stakeholders for financial matters.- Support management in decision-making with data-driven financial Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.- Proven experience of 7+ years in finance & accounts, with at least 23 years in a leadership/controlling role.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial compliance.- Proficiency in Zoho Books, ERP, Excel, and other financial software/tools.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- Strong business acumen with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing and dynamic organization.- Exposure to diverse financial operations and decision-making processes.
