You will lead market research and manage product categories, focusing on material offerings, pricing, and innovative design solutions. This role requires a strategic and analytical individual with a strong design sensibility.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, materials, and pricing.
- Develop and execute category and design strategies, maintain the catalogue for all type of event, services and designs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for materials and pricing information.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships throughout the process.
- Present creative design concepts and detailed proposals.
- Stay updated on the latest wedding decor trends and innovations.
- Support cross-functional teams and assist in maintaining the business catalogue.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Fashion Design, Event Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience of 0-4 years.
- Strong analytical skills and design sensibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
