Headout is looking for a Catalog Associate who is capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment. They should be incredibly process driven with a high level of attention to detail and be able to work with various internal tools. As a Catalog Associate, you will be responsible for all operational nuances of launching an experience onto Headout, improving the pace of these launches, and maintaining the overall quality of experiences to Headout’s standards. Given the ever-evolving nature of our business, it is critical that you are able to learn independently and seek out & evaluate new ideas to bring back to the organisation

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing support to partners on the management of their information on the platform
- Coordinate with Headout’s Supply Partners to accurately reflect their experience related information on Headout
- Improving the metric of Catalog Quality i.e. ensuring a high standard in terms of information on the Headout catalog
- Responsible for operating Headout with new experiences including but not limited to tours and activities
- Liaising with your team leads and product team to suggest improvements that would drive operational efficiencies of the catalog team members

Skills Required
- 1-3 years of work experience in an operations role, preferably in a startup
- Ability to drive continuous improvement through root cause identification
- Experience working with internal systems and/or SaaS tools
- Comfortable working with google sheets
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Comfortable working with data

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
